Dit/dine bidrag, såfremt bliver antaget af juryen, skal indleveres fysisk til Charlottenborg Fonden på Kunsthal Charlottenborg ca. en uge før udstillingens åbning. Præcis dato og tidspunkt opdateres når Open Call lukker. Du vil ca. 2.marts modtage besked om hvorvidt dit/dine bidrag er blevet antaget. Du skal KUN indlevere dit/dine værker, såfremt du er blevet antaget til at udstille på Charlottenborg Forårsudstillingen.

Works that cannot be handed in personally can be sent to the art gallery by arrangement with the Charlottenborg Foundation. The Charlottenborg Foundation does not cover costs associated with transportation, transport insurance, etc.
For video and film works that are selected for physical censorship, they must be submitted in full length and possibly in a higher resolution via transfer or on a USB stick to the Charlottenborg Foundation by appointment.
