Sophie Suaning (born 1992) is a visual artist, musician, producer and composer. She mainly writes works for bands, drums and choirs in extreme formats. Her large paintings and very small graphic monotypies are in a tension between the psychotic and the concrete scenic/iconic. She believes that attentive works have inherent experiences and realizations outside of intentionality and rationale. Words must be armed and images transcend.
