FOS, b. 1971, artist name for Thomas Poulsen, is a Danish visual artist and trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts 1993-2000. FOS's artistic work is an ever-evolving concept he calls Social Design, a form of construction method for building a space or place with the aim of making social processes between people more aware. Marie Nipper is artistic director at the Tate in Liverpool and a former superintendent of ARoS Aarhus Art Museum. She has curated a large number of international exhibitions and served as a consultant on major and minor decorating tasks for both public and private institutions.
