Carsten Juel-Christiansen was educated at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture in Copenhagen, where he teaches and was appointed professor in 1994. He has also served as a practising architect in his own design studio. He also had a visiting professorship at the Universitat Polytecnica de Catalunya in Barcelona. He was commissioner of the Danish contribution to the International Architecture Biennale in Venice in 2000.

Ditte Hammerstrøm was born in Copenhagen in 1978 and lives and works in Copenhagen. She is educated at the Danish School of Design as an industrial designer. Since 2008, Hammerstrøm has been represented in the Designmuseum Denmark's permanent collection with "Chair for the Person Wishing to be Heard". In 2009 she received the 3-work grant from the Danish Arts Foundation and in 2011 the Finn Juhl Prize.

Philip Grözinger was born in Braunschweig in Lower Saxony, Germany, in 1972 and lives and works in Berlin. Grözinger studied at hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig (HBK) in Braunschweig. He has recently had solo exhibitions at the Gallery Michael Andersen in Copenhagen (2012) and at galleri Christiane Ehrentraut in Berlin (2014).
