GENIUS OF THE SPRING EXHIBITION
In 1866, the painter Constantin Hansen drew an entrance ticket to the Spring Exhibition at Charlottenborg. He wrote about it in his diary on 15 March 1866: "The sign drafts a new Exhibition Ticket and a Vignette for a new Scandinavian Journal.

MORTEN LØBNER ESPERSEN
Morten Løbner Espersen graduated from the Danish School of Design and the École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués, Duperré, Paris. From 2014-2017 he was a member of the Danish Arts Foundation's project support committee for handicrafts and design and from 2005-2011 professor at Högskolan for Design och Kunsthantverk, Gothenburg. His latest solo exhibition "Terra Incognita" (2019) was shown at Morten Avlskarl Gallery, Copenhagen. His works are represented in collections such as the V&A Museum, London, Beumans van Beuningen, Rotterdam, the Netherlands and the MAD Museum, New York, USA.
